Beds were very hard.

The stay was absolutely good. I had YUMMY food for breakfast for the value. I liked the room with refrigerator and microwave, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff were top-class and professional and the location was ideal in historic district. Easily reached Denny's, located within walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Nice staff, provides you with everything you need for a short stay. Clean and big pool.

great access to parks and historic route 66

I enjoyed my stay here, especially the friendly environment and fine murals throughout the hotel that really added to my experience exploring the area, with Locomotive Park just a 2 km stroll away and the Historic Route 66 Museum only slightly farther at 5 km, perfect for someone who loves city walking and discovering landmarks like me.

The pastries were packaged.

When I complained that there were dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom; that the room was dusty; and that my daughter found a dead bug in her bed, the person at the desk didn't seem too concerned. The beds - after we got the bugs out - were comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else.

recently renovated and pet-friendly room with a nice decor. particularly good and absolutely perfect location when travelling to kingman. very convenient restaurant and lounge bar on-site.

comfortable stay with chaotic wifi issues

wifi was a struggle but the spacious king suite was cozy. outdoor pool not needed in winter. just prepare for some bumps along the way.

Even though I was right next to the rail road tracks, it was very quiet. I stayed on the inside row of rooms, so I am not sure what the outer rows heard. Clean facilities. Not new, but well taken care of. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and centrally located. Icy cold air conditioning!! And you know how hot Arizona in the summer is! Very accomodating as 1st I added another room and then another day to my stay, but we were able to stay in the same area.

The key cards were very frustrating! I would come back with my arms loaded and my key card would not work. I would have to unload and leave my things at my door and walk to the front office to get it re-keyed. A little more variety for breakfast would be nice. The loudness of the fan in the bathroom was very bothersome. The bath tub needed more non-slip strips to make it SAFE! There were only 2 dryers and one of them did not seem to work.

Quitly room, large enough for two people. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel too close from railways . Looks like the train is passing by your room

I loved the evening entertainment and the happy hour! The murals around the property are truly a sight.
